I absolutely loveee the Urban Outfitters Surplus store in Chicago! I got this awesome snakeskin printed jumpsuit that was originally $80 for only $10. As a bargain shopper, I'll always stop here first before any other UO. I've even gotten awesome shoes for as low as $5..you just can't beat that. If you're in the Chicago area and haven't checked out the surplus..you're really missing out!
